The Salesforce Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing Salesforce solutions that align with the organization's business objectives and technical requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to architect scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and innovation.
The ideal individual will have had some experience as a consultant.

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist for a contract-to-hire position with about 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with at least 5 with a security focus. Must have the ability to create, implement, enforce, and improve security policies. Seeking excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team as well as have a passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve.

Does Mango Chamba specialize in any particular industries?
We’ve chosen a rather narrow specialization in terms of the skillsets we maintain expertise on, however, we have worked with companies ranging from non-profits, government entities, to large multi-national Fortune 500 organizations. Our candidate database is extensive and growing and we have flexed to other areas once we have an established relationship with our client.
Do you post every job that you're working on?
We don't post every job that we are working on as our candidate network is quite extensive and for certain positions we already have options identified for the client. We are happy to have your resume on file and will certainly reach out to you when we feel that we have a match. If you feel that your resume doesn't stand out enough, or you want personalized career coaching, please have a network of recruiters in the US as well as Latin America that constantly monitor the market for top talent. We leverage technology to help make our recruiting efforts more effective and efficient, so we can do more with less, but we don't lose sight of the human element. It's why we say that we take a heart-centered approach as technology is getting better and better at doing repetitive automated work, the nuances of hiring the right person are hard to automate.
How do you determine if I'm a fit for one of your openings?
We make every effort to evaluate your whole candidacy--your skillsets, prior experience, desired career path, and work temperament. All those factors play in to your job satisfaction and we want you to enjoy the work that you're doing. We won't get it right every single time, but we have a strong track record of making long-term matches that enjoy career satisfaction.
Do you send my resumé anywhere without my permission?
Never! We always pre-clear any opportunity before officially submitting you to a client. We do ask that you keep track of where you are submitted so that we don't inadvertently disqualifying you for a position via a double submittal. While we often will get exclusive requirements, we want to make sure that you are in control of your resumé and where it's submitted.
Do you charge anything to place me?
Not at all! Nada! Zilch! Our clients pay us a fee to attract and recruit you to their position or project engagement. We do offer Career Coaching, which is a separate engagement and has fees associated with it, but we don't charge you for placing you with one of our clients.
